Plain terms. If anything here reads as unfair to you, write to us and we will sort it out.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to everything you buy from SolaDerma and from its sister brands. We make small-batch skin, bath and grooming products under several names, and they are all handled by the same people, the same way.

Your card statement will show SOLADERMA, whichever of these brands you bought from. That is us. If a charge looks unfamiliar, write to us before you dispute it and we will sort it out the same day.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping unless a product says otherwise. We can change prices, but never after you have paid. The price you saw when you ordered is the price you pay.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse an order. If we do, you get your money back and we will say why.

Stock

Everything is made in small batches. Occasionally something sells out between you ordering and us packing. If that happens we contact you and you choose: wait for the next batch, swap it, or take a refund.

Refunds

Write to us within 30 days of your order and we refund you in full. You do not need a reason. You do not need the product to be faulty. You do not need the jar to be unopened.

Usually you do not need to send anything back. If we do want a product returned, we will say so and we will pay the postage.

We send the refund to your original payment method as soon as we confirm it. Your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten business days.

What these products are

These are cosmetics. They are made to clean, soften and condition skin and hair.

They are not medicines. They do not treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition, see a doctor.

Test it first

Natural ingredients can still irritate a particular person. Put a little on the inside of your wrist and leave it a day before wider use. If your skin reacts, stop using it and write to us for a refund.

Ingredients are listed on every product. If you have an allergy and want to check before you buy, ask us.

Combs, brushes, tools and accessories

We do not make these. We buy them, check them, and include them. They are covered by the same 30-day refund policy as everything else.

Where responsibility ends

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable beyond that.

Nothing here removes rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States.
