We collect the least we can get away with. We do not sell it. Ever.

Who this covers

This policy applies to SolaDerma and to its sister brands. Whichever of our shops you bought from, your details are handled the same way by the same people.

What we collect

• If you buy something: your name, email, postal address, and what you ordered.
• If you join a notify list: your email address only.
• If you write to us: whatever is in your message.
• When you visit: basic traffic data such as which pages were opened.

What we never see

Your card number. Payments run through Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our systems. We see that you paid and how much, nothing else.

Why we hold it

To send you what you bought, to answer you when you write, and to tell you when a batch is ready if you asked us to. That is all.

Who else touches it

• Stripe — to take the payment.
• The carrier — your address, so they can deliver.
• Our host — the sites and the notify lists live on their servers.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them. No advertising network gets your email from us.

Getting off the list

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately. Or write to us and we will do it for you.

Seeing it or deleting it

Write to us and ask. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or erase it. We act within 30 days.

One exception: we keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We cannot erase those, and we will tell you if that applies to you.

Cookies

We use only what the sites need to work and to count visitors. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

Our shops are for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

If this changes

We will change the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we will email anyone on the list.
